Details of how client funds are held, segregated and protected are set out in your client agreement and account terms. Client funds are held in segregated accounts separate from company operational funds, with Standard Chartered Bank (London) as custodian.
BSCapital Inc. is not a member of the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) or equivalent investor compensation schemes in the EU, Australia or other jurisdictions unless explicitly stated in section 2. Clients should not assume deposit protection beyond what is described in the client agreement.
Annual accounts are audited by Moore Stephens LLP. Reports are available on request where required by applicable law.
