Deposits may be made by bank transfer, debit/credit card or cryptocurrency, as shown in your client area at private.bs.capital. Availability depends on your location and verification status.
Card and bank payments are processed by PayPro Financial Ltd and/or other licensed payment partners acting on behalf of BSCapital Inc. Funds must originate from an account or payment method in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
Cryptocurrency deposits are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. We do not refund crypto sent to incorrect addresses or wrong networks. Crypto deposits are subject to AML tracing and may be declined where origin cannot be verified.
We may request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing deposits or withdrawals, in line with our AML Policy.
Withdrawals are requested from your client area. We aim to process approved withdrawals within 3 business days, subject to verification, AML checks and payment-rail cut-off times. Withdrawals are sent to accounts in your own name only.
Card chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension pending investigation. We may offset chargeback amounts against your account balance.
