Client money is held in segregated accounts separate from BSCapital Inc.’s operational funds, with Standard Chartered Bank (London) as custodian, subject to the arrangements described in your client agreement.
Segregated funds are used only to meet client trading obligations and withdrawal requests. They are not used for company operating expenses.
Client money balances are reconciled regularly against internal records and custodian statements.
In the event of insolvency of BSCapital Inc., segregated client funds should be identifiable and returned to clients in accordance with applicable law and MIFSA requirements. Clients should not assume deposit protection beyond what is described here or in the Regulatory information page.
Where required by your account type and applicable rules, negative balance protection may apply to retail accounts. Details are set out in the client agreement.
