Summary of the client agreement applicable when you open a live or demo account at private.bs.capital. The full agreement is accepted electronically during registration.
This agreement is between you and BSCapital Inc., incorporated in the Republic of the Marshall Islands (company no. 118472), authorised and regulated by Marshall Islands Financial Services Authority (MIFSA) (licence no. MF-2024-0847).
We provide an execution-only, self-directed online trading platform. You place your own orders. We do not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management or discretionary trading unless separately agreed in writing.
Registration and verification take place at private.bs.capital. You must be at least 18 years old and not resident in a restricted jurisdiction.

Spreads, commissions, swaps and other charges are set out in our Fees & charges schedule and on the order ticket in the client portal.
Client funds are handled as described in our Client funds policy.
